Description

Paul Cluver s Chardonnay Estate Wine comes in  a clean, bright colour with green-yellow highlights.
In the nose are notes of lots of butter toast, brioche complemented by a tangerine and orange blossom sparkling citrus aroma. The fragrance profile is rounded off by hints of vanilla pods and roasted almond leaves.

The characteristics of the bouquet also continue on the palate, where they are matched by a fine, fresh and natural acidity. The latter gives the wine a compact body as well as balance and concentration. In the finish, it looks stimulating and beautifully balanced as well as elegant and enormously long with some minerality.
